The Flamingo House was recently updated to a beautiful modern design with large windows and ample sunshine throughout the home. The tile floors help to keep the house cool. There is plenty of room for two families to share the space with two king bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. Each room has its own Samsung Smart TV and there is a sound bar in the living room. We recently installed a bonus TV on the brand new outdoor bar area.
You’ll be greeted by a colorful home full of lush landscaping and the first flamingo you’ll encounter.
When you first step through the front door, you’ll be amazed by the open floor plan and fun Florida colors. From the modern kitchen with plenty of counter seating for all to the amazing floor to ceiling windows that bring the outside in. You will love the Flamingo House!
You’ll be pleasantly to surprised to find two king bedrooms giving the parents plenty of room to stretch out while the kids can enjoy the bunk room. Each king bedroom also has a desk and chair for those needing to check in on work.
There are two modern bathrooms for guests to share.
Finally, the outdoor oasis is the jewel of the home with plenty of seating around the pool, side patio and grill area. We’ve had guests comment that it’s hard to leave the house since the pool area is so enjoyable!
Our new outdoor bar area is a perfect place to catch up on the game and enjoy some cocktails.
The palm surrounded grill area offers seating and a hammock to catch a quick nap.
We are fully stocked on beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and wagons so you can hit the beach.
